Our Hera, always around
Owned by Maria’s father for over 20 years this land is our reason of being. It made our start possible and springs opportunities for the future. Separated in 3 smaller autonomous parcels, it gives us an exciting mosaic of different soils and altitudes to work with. We keep both our yields (≈3000 plants/ha) and planting density (5000-9000 kg of fresh grapes/ha) low. The climate is moderate Mediterranean, benefited by the sea breeze and the natural shelter from the surrounding mountains. Significant rainfall can be noted during the year.
