Dark ruby color. Expressive nose woth plums, black cherry, sweet pepper, cinnamon and cedar. The palate is rich with riper black fruits -sour and black cherries-, sweet pepper and spices, as well as oaky notes. Great concentration, rich tannins, long aftertaste.

Note: 2020 has been one of the most typical in terms of weather conditions with no extremes. A really good vintage for Cabernet Sauvignon.
AT THE WINERY
Grape sorting on a vibrating conveyor belt table. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12-month maturation in a combination of French oak barrels (225L, 1st and 2nd use, medium and medium+ toast), and clay amphoras. Unfiltered.
