TASTING NOTE

Pale salmon pink color. The nose is vibrant and fresh with notes of pink grapefruit and heart-cherry. Juicy fruit-forward mouth as well, dominated by raspberry notes, with a refreshing crispness. Long, reinvigorating finish.

AT THE WINERY

Grape sorting on a vibrating conveyor belt table. Grape cooling at 7oC. 6-hour skin contact at 10oC. Only the free-run juice is collected and used. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15oC with indigenous yeasts.
