TASTING NOTE
Bright burgundy color. On the nose, the red fruit -raspberry, plum, wild cherry- is tagged along by notes of tomato and olive, as well as subtle floral hints and spices. Medium body, elegant palate with crisp acidity and noticeable yet fine grained tannins. Long, layered finish.

AT THE WINERY
Grape sorting on a vibrating conveyor belt table. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for a few days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels* (2/3 of the quantity) and concrete tulip-shaped vats (1/3). Unfiltered.
